“YES!!! author: Disturbingly Metal After seeing these guys live I bought the CD! I would encourage any metal head looking for a band that has alot to offer other than playing a off time riff or lead guitar for a whole song to buy this! Production is good for a band of this caliber nice intense metal for a ever evolving metal scene. Hevay guitars heavy bass and vocals intense drumming and very good refined lead work that doesnt sound like rehashed neo classical junk or some reloaded crap. Very impressive! Buy it and change the way you listen to metal! HOLD YOUR HEADS UP HIGH! WE are Gathering the armies of DOOM!-from gathering the armies of doom. ”

“One hell of an album!!! author: Richie I got this album from the bass player, Chip, about 2 or 3 years ago, and it is by far the best local metal of my area that I have ever heard. I also just want to say WHAT UP GUYS!!! Email me back Chip.”

“Doom Syndicate's latest release of corruptive brutality, "Beyond Salvation", is available to the masses! Tracks such as "324", "Sever the Leech", as well as the title track, are some of Doom Syndicate's finest recordings to date. The label has spared no expense in its design and layout, and the band has held no punches in their recording and performance. "Beyond Salvation" hopes to join the ranks as a true death metal classic, for both its incorporation of genuine east coast style and debauchery! ”

“It may not look like much from the outside, but within the aged brick exterior on Rorer Avenue in Roanoke, Va., big things are happening for the local music scene. The venue is Coffin House Studios, Roanoke’s newest spot for locals to enjoy the area’s best acts, nationally touring bands, and other art forms around the area. While the studio’s inside is still in development, big plans are underway, and the venue is facing a prominently busy future. Coffin House Studios was founded by manager Heather Keogh, as well as metal group Doom Syndicate, who perform as the venue’s “house band” for shows. Although the venue is still in its infancy, the brains behind Coffin House Studios helped bring large acts such as Dope, Cattle Decapitation, and the Misfits through Roanoke for over a decade. At this point, bigger plans are in store. Coffin House Studios resumes the work that an older venue called The Iroquois...click link for full article.”

“You want hard riffage, apocalyptic vocals, blast beats and double-bass-drum pounding. You need to sling your head and neck to the point of whiplash. Roanoke's own DooM Syndicate is working to give you an outlet. For the fourth time this year, the death metal masters are hosting nationally recognized heavy rockers at a local spot. On Wednesday, Baltimore band Misery Index headlines a five-band bill at La Finca in Roanoke. Misery Index -- a label mate of Baroness, whose members grew up in Lexington -- is touring internationally behind its latest release, "Traitors" (Relapse Records). Misery Index drummer Adam Jarvis made the cover of Sick Drummer magazine recently. The magazine described Jarvis' band as a "death metal juggernaut." DooM Syndicate, in one configuration or another, has been inspiring moshers for about a decade and remains tight and devastating. The band has consistently made other Roanoke Valley-based heavy-rock bands a part of these big lineups... ”

“Metal fans in Roanoke,VA have been treated to the roaring speed metal of DooM Syndicate for awhile, and now its time for the world.Beyond Salvation is the first full-length album from DooM Syndicate and it hopefully will not be the last. This album is as fast and technical as you can imagine and every track on it keeps you banging your head from begining to end.The stand out tracks on the album are the title track and "Product of Enviroment",but don't discount the other seven tracks because they all deserve they're day in court. This is definetly an excellent debut from a band you'll surely hear from in the future.”

“I can't remember the last time a band impressed me this much, Doom Syndicate is a Death Metal band that actually brings new stuff to the table; their music goes from Melodic Death to almost Technical Brutal Death, in fact they experiment a lot with that particular genre, so they are not just another hybrid mixing a thousand genres stupidly, "Doom Syndicate" focused only in the variations of Death Metal (for experimentation issues that is), and damn they did a fucking great job. The music fluctuates marvelously from track to track; there's no boring song actually, every single tune has something cool in it, either a catchy riff or a crushing bass-line, an incredible Guitar Solo or awesome Drumming, a shivering growl or a high-pitched shriek, etc. Every Death Metal fan should at least hear "Fearless In The Face Of Death", I'm sure you'll thank me someday. YOU WILL FEAR THE DOOM!”

“DOOM SYNDICATE play some very heavy Death Metal music. They do blend in a few other styles of Metal into their sound as well. The foundation of their sound is Death Metal & they blend in elements of Doom, Black & Thrash Metal for some flavoring. They have a good balance of old school & new school Death Metal. The vocals are a mix of one being low end Death growls & the other higher pitched Death screams. These guys are extremely good & need to be checked out! "Tracks such as '324', 'Sever the Leech', as well as the title track, are some of DOOM SYNDICATE's finest recordings to date," reads an official press release. "The label has spared no expense in its design and layout, and the band has held no punches in their recording and performance. 'Beyond Salvation' hopes to join the ranks as a true death metal classic, for both its incorporation of genuine east coast style and debauchery!”
