Q: I've always wanted to ask this, thanks for the opportunity! Are you a medical doctor, a music doctor, or both?

A: Actually, I am a Doctor of Divinity; an honor bestowed upon me by the Universal Life Church -in exchange for a few bucks. The late great Dr. Hunter S. Thompson also received his doctoral degree in the exact same fashion. Piano players are traditionally called "Doc" or "The Perfesser," or some such -I thought it was a good chance to formalize the nickname.
