Hi, my name is Chris Gillman.  I started ideas for this project in 2006 and actualized it through recording in 2007.  Since then I have recorded a 5 song EP, titled "Long Way Down" with demo versions of some songs that would later compliment the full length release "Ashes And Dust".  The official "release" part will happen soon, though the recording and art direction is complete.  Personally, I'm a fan of metal and have loved the sound of intelligent, heavily played drums and distorted guitar.  Some of my favorite artists consist of Dream Theater, In Flames, Judas Priest, Death, Faith No More, Megadeth, Nightwish and that sort of thing...

I began piano when I was 9, but didn't get serious enough to compose until I was 14, when I started playing drums.  At the same time I began my studies in music theory and audio engineering.  I picked up guitar and bass in my later teens and found that playing a full compliment of band instruments seemed more my forte than mastering just one.  After gathering some software and microphones, as well as fantastic sequencing programs... I got to work.  What you hear on this page is exactly what I did entirely solo, start to finish on my own pc.  Thank you for your time and support!!!
