This is ded.pixel, a project started in 2003 by Rhys H Hughes [modulate's live laptop monkey] originally as a powernoise act using tribal beats with abrasive drone sounds. ded.pixel has altered drastically since its conception , idosyncractically blending idm, glitch and electronica with dubstep to give a gritty soundtrack to todays urban environment combined with emotional synth layers depicting loss, sorrow and a vehement dislike for the surroundings i continually find myself in.
