DC and The Customatix were born 4 years ago in Lancashire UK, a fusion of Blues, 50's Rock-a-billy, and Country. All original material from foot stomping Rockabilly to smooth instrumental songs ala Dick Dale. The band are 4 piece Guitar, Bass, Drums, and vocals try to keep the sound as pure as possible keeping it 'REAL' in and out of the studio. The Band have been in the Studio recording their 3rd CD Release, are warming up for a spate of  around the country.  

Our influences include Rockabilly, R&B such as Dr Feelgood the Wilco years, The 101ers,to the Clash, Reverend Horton Heat, Stray Cats, Brian Setzer, Danny B Harvey, The Lonesome Spurs, The Legendary Shack Shakers, Dexter Romweber, Mick Green, Johnny Kidd and the The Pirates, Carl Perkins, Kenny Parchman,Buddy Holly, Johnny Burnette, Gene Vincent, Dick Dale, The Ventures and as much 50's rockabilly, Swing and early 50's R'n'B as we can listen to. The list is endless. We've all played in bands for years from the late 70's to recent times it's great to write our own material and add our own individuality to our form of rockabilly. Our aim is to bring new style Rockabilly songs to a new audience as well as an established one, Rockabilly doesn't just live in the 50's bring it on millennium style, mix it up, and shake it.
