    'ROGER VS. THE MAN is Roger Lock's youngest project. Roger has collaborated as a producer, arranger, concert artist, and session musician in Vienna, Sydney, and Tokyo with Troebinger(Austria),Laetitia Ribeiro (France), Dr. Opin (Bulgaria), and many others. Roger Vs. The Man is Rogers first project as a vocalist -his songs are powerful, intricately arranged fusions of rock, jazz, classical and singer-songwriter elements, which reflect his diverse musical background. RVTM have performed extensively throughout Sydney, and are currently recording their debut EP. THE DATE BROTHERS are jazz guitar giant Ian Date (IRELAND) and his brother Nigel collectively. Joining forces with legendary violinist Daniel Weltlinger (Lulo Reinhardt, Monsieur Camembert, Nadya and her 101 Candles Orkestra) and bassist extraordinaire Natalie Morrison (Don Burrows, Swing City), they create what is quite possibly one of the worlds finest Hot-Club quartets in the style of the great Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli. Widely regarded as one of Australia's leading jzaa guitarists, Ian Date has performed with some of the world's greatest musicians including James Morrison, Martin Taylor, Fapy Lafertin, Robin Nolan, and the late great Tom Baker!His brother Nigel is also a top guitarist based in Sydney who regularly performs around the country with many different !ensembles including Gadjo Guitars, Djangoholix, Straight Back Fellows, Fred, Eye of Chaos and Peppermint T!playing a mixture of jazz, rock, pop, reggae, blues, latin, Jewish, Gypsy, world music fusion and original compositions. DANIEL WELTLINGER Of French-Hungarian-Israeli family background, Sydney-born Daniel Weltlinger is one of the worlds great violinists and composers and is highly acclaimed for his distinctive sound and improvisational approach in the genres of Gypsy-swing, jazz, klezmer and experimental/free-improvised music. He is frequently in demand as a solo recording/ performance artist with some of Australia's top musicians in a variety of different formats and is highly sought after both nationally and internationally for his technical and musical mastery on his main instrument! He has performed and recorded in Australia, Europe, China, the US and Israel with a host of acclaimed artists and ensembles including Monsieur Camembert, Nadya and her 101 Candles Orkestra, German-Gypsy guitar legend Lulo Reinhardt, Argentinian bandoneonist Joaqun Amenbar and Israeli jazz band Swing de Gitanes amongst countless others. His main Australian-based projects Zohars Nigun and The Asthmatix brilliantly fuse Jewish themes and Kabbalistic-inspired improvisation within the respective contemporary frameworks of jazz and hip-hop, both groups slated to release their debut albums in 2012! Daniel is endorsed by a number of top international companies including Danish microphone producer DPA microphones, Scottish-based Skyinbow acoustic pickups, US-based Saga instruments and the Australian branch of European multinational bank BNP Paribas who commissioned him in 2010 to record an album dedicated to the music of French-Gypsy composer Django Reinhardt! Daniel also composes with producer Bruce Maginnis for the international production music library houses Audio Network and Fable, and teaches Classical and Contemporary violin at Australian Institute of Music.
