Death Metal band from Santiago-Chile. Their first album was called "Immortal Disease" in 2005, their latest album will be out soon with a European Tour in the middle of the 2009
About
A SORT OF MUSICAL SELFBIO...
"In the middle of the 80, my father gives me a compilation tape from 'Radio Galaxia', where appeared bands like Megadeth and Judas Priest among others. From that moment what I wanted to try to do is something like that, with a sound and aggressive style, which had strong emotions.
Almost without possibilities to have some instrument that is used for it, and without friends which they share those musical tastes, I must happen several years only listening bands with those tendencies, which ones didn't cause the effects of first that I listened, except Slayer and Sepultura.
At the age of 14 I began to practise with an acoustic guitar, until in my birthday 16, my parents gave me my first electrical guitar. Since then immediately I began to do songs, some recordings demos and playing live with many bands, where always I played the role of lead guitar.
This way, after many years of works and college, during 2001, I did CRIOGENIA, my Band".
