Upperdeck was started in December of 2007. The band is a platform for a Christ centered 8 step teen recovery ministry called “Life Hurts, God heals”(lhgh).Upperdeck hopes to reach teens and young adults where they are in life, through a common platform…music. The Bible tells us that God uses our failures and faults for His glory and that no hurt or struggle is wasted; (1 Corinthians 1:26-31 NIV) We feel blessed that He has chosen us to work through, with our testimonies within our lyrics and stage show. We believe that Jesus is Lord and God, the father, raised Him from the dead. Not only that but He yearns to have a personal relationship with each one of us.
