I picked up the guitar when I was 17, and haven't looked back since. I'm a completely self-taught musician. When I started out I didn't have a guitar amp, so I would plug my guitar into one side of my stereo and listen with headphone as I played along with my favorite records of the day. Experimented with various primitive recording techniques. Spent a lot of time playing, writing and recording in the earlier years. Later I formed a few short-lived bands, and then in 1999 I joined Under Pressure - a classic rock/blues band. I've been playing with this band ever since.
