About Greg Alan Moore: He plays the Guitar.
That's about it.
Thank you. Good night.
     Bio:
Well, it all started in a mid size town outside of Detroit, Michigan called Riverview.  I started playing guitar when I was only 8 years old.  My cousin Tommy was turning 15 and wanted to buy a car and and sold his guitar and amp to my Mom for $18.
So, I was in Heaven...my own electric guitar and amp. And A Teisco, at that! I played all day every day as soon as I came home from school.
Jump ahead to age 12 when it was decided that I would get some formal lessons.  So, I started at a local music store. Unfortunately, the teacher sucked AND it was playing little league baseball that summer. So, I quit lessons and continued on my own. That is not to say I wasn't without formal education of music...it's just that I was self taught.  I had started teaching my self theory and how to read when I got the guitar (it came with instruction books - Mel bay 3 and a Paganini Moto Perpetuo).  I had also started on Piano at age 7 so I made the connection between the two early on.
Jump ahead to age 15 and I found friend in Junior High and started a band. That moved quite well and became quite the band by High School - btw, the band was called The Motley Crew. Yeah, I was NOT happy when we had to change it after ANOTHER band with that name came along.
After Graduation, I moved to another band with the world famous Jimmy Jernigan. Then, in 1991 I joined a great band called KNOCKOUT in Detroit. That's where I stayed until I moved to Anderson, SC in Jan 2007. I joined the awesome fun, talented, and crazy band THE OATH in Feb 2008.
