From Pasadena to Philadelphia to the Philippines, the life of jazzy pop-folk artist CONCHITA CAMPOS has always been one of movement. With her debut EP release, SO IT GOES, she moved towards even more exciting times. For the past 4 years, Campos has been calling New York City home base. It’s where her sound has emerged with deep soulful hints of her biggest influences – Alana Davis, Nina Simone, Sarah McLachlan, Stevie Wonder, and Astrud Gilberto.

She worked with notable Bay Area acts such as The Park (Alice Russell, Keelay), Nino Moschella (Ubiquity Records) and Rachel Lastimosa of Dirty Boots, on her first full-length album set to be released in November 2009.
