COLT began as Living With Eating Disorders, and signed to John Fryers label STLT.
In 2004 they released ‘White Like Snow’ and played support to ‘Psychic TV’ and ‘Whitehouse’ then disbanded.
In 2005 they reformed as COLT, with debut album 'These Things...'.
In 2008 after a change to the line-up released "You hold on to what's not real" on their own label Obvious Records with the video for 'Black Rabbits' and re-released 'These things...'
