Miller is continually acclaimed for his imaginative lyrical writing, refreshing vocal tones, and seamless relation between performance and expression. Blending elements of acoustic coffeehouse, folk rock, and Texas country music styles, Miller has developed a sound which is distinctly his own, and draws crowds from many different backgrounds and of varied preferences.
