The Names Cody Tkach A.K.A "Cody The Catch"... Ive been writing and recording hip hop music in calgary for around 7 years now and have been inolved in projects like "Dream Team Volumes 3 - 5", "9th Wonderful", aswell as other local releases, Im better known for my solo work tho... My solo shit includes "The Saga Begins" (Unreleased), "The Melodic" (Free Download) available at www.soundclick.com/cntesus, And am now mostly known for the most recent release "After Hours" which i recorded on Vancouver Island with my new producer "Guy Woods" featuring people like Jeff Spec, Mr. Milz, St. Kelly, Eydol & More...

The only way i can personally describe my music is raw and unique, you can listen to a full cd and get a taste of my daily grind weather it be my personal life goals and challenges, tracks about love, tracks about pain, or just tracks about smokin fat beedies and gettin crunked all night haha... its all there and more importantly, its all real baby.

For the future... Well i just recorded another c.d. on the coast... a free download aswell. Well...Were not sure if we'll press it or not yet and that ones called "The Place Is Here The Time Is Now" Exclusivly produced by Guy Woods with guest apperances by Jeff Spec, Apos, & more... On top of all this me and guy are forming a group called "High Society" and we'll have our album out some time in 2008

The project I'm looking forward to the most tho right now is my debut solo ALBUM "Fresh & Faded"

This is the real deal, a fully pressed album sold nation wide with production form "Guy Woods"(Victoria) of course, awell as "Kajmir"(colorado), "True Soul"(Vancouver), "Soul Theory"(Philidelphia)... plus has guest apperances by S. Hill, Guy Woods, Jeff Spec, Jay Kin,  Eydol, aswell as Legend Dj Premier's newest star "Termanology" who's recent success landed him a spot on Kanye West's new album... if you wanna check him out peep www.myspace.com/therealtermanology The album will most likely release in June 2008

Either way im making some big moves now and shits about to take off for me and the whole family. Look out for my new solo mix "The Place Is Here The Time Is Now", Guy Woods has a new double disker coming called "Woods Stock" Ima be all over that too. Look out for The Album "Fresh & Faded". Look out for The High Society album. Look out for all of it.
