Clockwatcher is a collective of CA musicians, whose sound is shaped by the melding of acoustic instruments (upright bass, piano, guitars, kalimba, sitar, drums, percussion) and electronic sounds (synthesizers, MPC, drum machines, and digital sound manipulation), into a concoction that has elements of funk, soul, hip hop, and electronic music. Clockwatcher's debut release is still in production, but you can listen to instrumental works in progress here. Looking forward to release in late 2009.
