Cindy C Carlson was born, raised and schooled in PA.

She worked at Sarah Reed's Early Intervention Center during college and for one year after college.  In 1988 she accepted a teaching and coaching job at North East High School.  Cindy worked with the Drama and Musicals at North East High School under the direction of Richard Davis from 1998 to 2007.  She also worked with Richard Davis at the Erie Playhouse in "Tommy" (2005:Psychiatrists Assistant) and "A Christmas Story" (2006:Miss Shields).

She was part of band called Windfall from 1989 to 1998.  Windfall's members were, Sandra Cote, Kim Robson, Diane Hetz, Kevin Hultberg, Chris Rodler, Beth Stage, and Brett Rodler.  Windfall recorded and released a CD in 1996.  Cindy wrote two cantatas, "Ruth" and "Yeor",  which were preformed at Messiah Lutheran Church in Wesleyville, PA (2000 and 2001).

Cindy is presently recording new songs and working on a project with Kevin Hultberg.
