“Chingy Making Slow but Sure Return to the Music World St. Louis, MO – St. Louis is home to Chingy, and while many may not remember him, his music will certainly ring a bell. Songs such as “Right Thur” and “Pulling Me Back” put Chingy on the charts, and he is in the studio with another album, “Chinglology.” Since we last saw Chingy, there have been some serious changes. He is looking past his previous behaviors and trying to atone for them. “I want to become more of a leader,” Chingy says in looking back at lessons learned over the years. It is clear the vocabulary has changed significantly. Words such as “positive” and “great” pepper not only his album but his entire view on his life. The track “King Judah”, for example, pays homage to the origins of the African male, while at the same time awakening a spirit long dormant or non-existent in his life. Either way, it is a deep track from a changed man. “I am still interested in entertaining the ladies,”

“St. Louis rapper Chingy is making a return to the Hip-Hop game, with a new business venture. Chingy is entering into the premium liquor business, as the co-owner of a new Russian vodka named Shpilka. According to Chingy, he developed an interest in the Shpilka brand after tasting it during a recording session with producer Fast Track. Chingy met with the owner of Shpilka and struck a deal that allowed him to receive an equity stake in the company, while also becoming the face of the Shpilka line. ”

“American hip hop star Chingy is heading back to New Zealand for one show only. Entertainment reporter Kristin Macfarlane chats to the St Louis rapper ahead of his Kiwi performance. * We all know Chingy the rapper whose hits embraced his strong St Louis accent but there's another side to the hip hop star many of us may not know _ the businessman and entrepreneur. It's been a few years since the American rapper has been to New Zealand but he's heading back this week for one show only where he'll perform his hit singles and new material for fans. Chingy, whose hits have included Right Thurr, One Call Away, Dem Jeans, Holidae Inn and Pulling Me Back, will perform at Studio in Auckland on December 27. Not only is he looking forward to coming back to New Zealand, he can't wait to perform for the Kiwi crowd again _ one he describes as fun people who appreciate his music. "I appreciate the support,'' Chingy said. In 2005, Chingy was part of the Edgefest line-up _ a show he and his audienc”

“In the early and mid 2000s Chingy was one of the biggest stars in hip-hop. His music was on every radio station, even crossing over into the pop world. The St. Louis native hasn't been heard from for a number of years, though, which is why RapReviews caught up with him to find out what he's been up to. What we learned is he's been through some tragedies, started his own label, Full Dekk Music Group, and is ready to work his way back into the limelight.”

“As he continues to work on his upcoming No Risk, No Reward 13 album, St. Louis' Chingy speaks on making universal music and re-introducing himself to hip-hop fans. One thing people got to understand is my music crossed over and went pop. It crossed over to urban and my music was kind of universal from the beginning. At that point, when I noticed that it wasn't just one crowd that was listening to me, it was all types of crowds, I took it upon myself to make universal music. I can make the street urban music because I came from that. ”

“Rapper Chingy goes it alone without a major label ”

“My Republica.com just released their monthly Exclusive Playlist of fresh releases from the international music scene that has hit the blue shelves of Hits FM 91.2’s library. Not only did Chingy’s new single “Superhero” make the list but check out what they had to say below!!! If you recall the 2003 hit, “Right Thurr”, then Chingy needs no introduction. And the man behind the fun hip hop smash single has returned to the scene once again. Chingy’s upcoming sixth studio album, “No Risk No Reward”, looks eager to materialize any time this year and it carries an awesome single you’re sure to fall in love with. “Superhero” is what it’s called, and the upbeat song is unarguably ideal for boys trying to woo girls. Check out the lyrics and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Its time to start Requesting “Superhero” at your local radio statio”
