The TMG Production crew will be providing sound for next weeks Uphoria Festival in Millerton, NY. For the past couple of years, Paul Davidson, chief sound man, has been being groomed to take over all event set up and will be running the show from now on. This will be Paul's first major event as the complete 'Man In Charge', altyhough he has run smaller events on his own before. It is a well deserved position. As many of you who know me, the ravages of time have taken their toll on my broken body. Too many knee surgeries, back damage, toe issues, and other physical ailments from years of work and sports abuse have led to this decision. The last few years have been especially painful in tear down and set up.  It's not something I was supposed to do, according to doctors, but my nature was to always help, and now I am paying the price. Paul has known about this plan for a couple of years now, but my ego would never let me just let lt go. Now is the time. My body started aching just thinking about setting up for this event. Paul is the ultimate professional, as is the rest of the crew, so I have absolutely no doubt that he will make TMG, and myself, very proud. I will be focusing on the label aspect of TMG, but will still be involved with the procurement of sound and lighting jobs and, and will be donating a lot of my time to getting my dream, The Global Music Initiative off the ground. This is a very important endeavor to me and has been put on the back burner for far too long. So, welcome Paul Davidson as the head of the sound and lighting division. He is the right man for the job. Congratulations Paul!

Stay tuned for the next issue with news about SOOLE and their upcoming US tour, SIGNIFIED's return to the States, more info on the status of the GLOBAL MUSIC INITIATIVE and much, much more!
