Greetings everyone! After a successful release party for the final installment
of "Home Songs", we took a little break for the holidays.
We're back and ready to rock some jams for you all. Tonight, Friday, January
25th, the band and I will be traveling up north to Doylestown for the very
first time to play at Puck (1 Printers Alley,
Doylestown, PA), an awesome venue that sounds great and is a totally fun hang. We will be joined by our good friend (and Doylestown
native) Craig Hendrix and his band Auctioneer, a fantastic
and exciting new band in Philadelphia. Recently Auctioneer was featured
as a part of "Shaking Through",
a web video series by Weathervane Music that features Philadelphia artists working
in the studio and talking about their creative process. Auctioneer (featuring members
of Buried Beds, Nightlands and Birdie Busch) presents a very eclectic sound, with
layered vocals, heavy rock grooves and meticulously interloping harmonic patterns.
Craig and I have been making music together for years with Birdie Busch, so we're doubly
excited to share a night of music together! The show
starts at 8pm and tickets are only $10! I will have physical CDs available of the
entire "Home Songs" series for sale, plus the original
vinyl of "Eight Track Mind". If you're unable to make
it tonight, you can still purchase my entire discography so far as a digital download!
They are all available at the following locations:
iTunes Amazon CDBaby Bandcamp
You can now also go straight to link and there is a link to buy all my music
right on the front page. We have a handful of gigs
lined up for the rest of the winter/spring, so don't fret, there will be more chances
to see us very soon! Hope to see you
tonight! -Ross XPN's UNLOCKED series on Ross Bellenoit!
