Hi from Cartagena, Colombia, Yes, Colombia.
Though I am not here directly for music (best friend's wedding), I will be looking
at South America with musical intentions. With over 9,000 spanish speaking McAlister
Drive fans on Facebook and even more on Myspace, Twitter, and other sites, I will
be trying to bridge the gap this week. 2013 will be a year of international travel.
Keep checking www.mcalisterdrive.com for tour updates! Even though
we want to explore other countries, we know that there are a lot of you in the States
that we promised to come see! Cities like, Tampa, Nashville, Ashville, New Orleans,
Dallas, Harrisburg, Savannah, and many more are on the list for 2013 and some for
2012. Last month we were honored with two shows at the CMJ Music Festival in New
York City. These show's were such a party for everyone, we have been invited back
this month to host an Industry Monday Funday Night at the Mercury Lounge on November
26th. It's a perfect early night for the cubical daily grinders, a standard
party night for the restaurant/entertainment biz, and a great night to get your
week started by meeting some new people!
Following New York City we are doing the 24 hour
drive! The trailer is packed, the band van is stacked, and the east coast road
is open for McAlister Drive to find Florida. From November 28th –
December 2nd we'll be playing St. Pete/Tampa, Siesta Key, and Orlando.
The highlight for sure will be at the prestigious Jannus Live in St. Pete on Thursday
November 29th.
See you all soon!-Christoph

| "They are musical chameleons with heartfelt, genuine lyrics,
and Boston is lucky to have McAlister Drive as a part of the music scene."

| "Americana septet MCALISTER DRIVE feels a bit revived of late.
First track, the glistening "Devil's Ghost," is worth that price by itself,
— Michael Moratta, The

|
| "It’s a new type of pop rock; not quite country and not
quite southern rock, something else, something refreshing and new for you to rock
out to."
