Hiya friends,

I hope this finds you healthy and happy as the NEW YEAR begins!  What are you keen to focus on in the upcoming months?  What are you looking forward to on this next trip around the sun?  I'm very curious!  I love this time of year as an opportunity to reflect and set intention, and to DREAM!  I hope 2013 holds more magic than you thought possible ~ may it be filled to the brim with joy, synchronicity, passion, healing, and love *

1) JASMINE PARADE RADIO CAMPAIGN Do you have a favorite radio station that plays folk, singersongwriters, Americana, or roots music?!  I'm in the process of sending Jasmine Parade to radio stations all over the country, and I would LOVE to get it to your neighborhood!  If you know a station that needs my music, give me a shout with the station name and I'll send them a pretty turquoise mailer with tunes : )  I'll send you mail too, if you'd like your very own copy of Jasmine Parade, visit my website www.jennalindbo.com  

2) NEW TOUR TEMPLATE ~ seeking captains in 5 cities this Spring       I'm excited to try out a new model of touring this year and I'd love your feedback and ideas!  Rather than playing in different towns every night, I'm keen to stay a little longer in places I visit to connect more with your communities.  Sound good?!  I really like the idea!  In addition to playing concerts, I'll be leading workshops, speaking to local Girl Scouts, sharing music at spiritual services, working with local organizations to sponsor The Dream Ride, and visiting schools to write songs and share the JOY of singing with kids around the country.  What else?!  Maybe a moonlight ski tour and concert with hot cocoa?  That sounds good too!  What do you envision in your community?    

Next week I'm heading to St. Louis for 5 days to try out this model for the first time.  Stay tuned, and let me know if you have ideas for my next trip in your area or if you'd like to help coordinate something in your town!

3) Upcoming Shows

1/17 Thursday: University Children's Center ~ singing with kiddos in the morning!  I taught k-5 music in OR for a spell and once directed a chorus with 80 kids wearing reindeer headbands (that was a sight!), so I look forward to the opportunity to share music and do some singing with the little ones.  What could be better?!

1/18 Friday:  I'm honored to be opening for Carrie Newcomer at The Sheldon *  This is a dream come true!  Carrie Newcomer is a deeply inspiring human being and one of my favorite songwriters. 

1/19 Saturday ~ JOY & FLOW: A Workshop to Cultivate Meaning and Purpose In Your Life
