Here are my July public gigs:


Tonight, 7/2, 6-9pm, I’m playing with vocalist Dilia Suriel, along with Bruce Hamada on bass and Von Baron on drums, at the Grove Restaurant in Kailua.



7/4, 7-9:30 pm at Mezz 127, Celebrate “Indoor Fireworks”, the Pursuit of Life, Liberty, Happiness, and....JAZZ! With the Dan Del Negro Trio, featuring Steve Jones on bass, and Darryl Pelligrini on drums! If you don’t want to miss the outdoor fireworks, I hear they will be at the Aloha Tower Marketplace on 7/3! 7/21, I’ll be doing the message and special music at the service, and a workshop after, at Unity in Kaua`i!!! So if you’re on that island, stop by!!! More details to come...

7/3, 7:30pm, I’m playing the Joan Rivers Show! At the Neil Blaisdel Concert Hall, with Bruce Hamada music directing and conducting, and Garin Poliahu on drums



7/4, c. 10:30am-noon, playing and singing on the Windward Unity float in the Kailua Parade!


7/8, 7:30-10pm, doing a jazz trio gig with John Kolivas on bass and Von Baron on drums at the beautiful Veranda Lounge at the Kahala Resort.



I'm doing a steady solo gig at  "53 By the Sea", at the site of the old John Dominis restaurant, 53 Ahui St. in Honolulu , playing a brand new Fazioli piano and doing some singing, too!

Beautiful place, great piano, nice people!

I’m in the lounge, so if you don’t want to go for a full-on dinner, can just have drinks, and /or smaller dishes off the regular or bar menus...


This month, I'll be there  7/15, 7/22 and 7/29, 6:30-8:30pm.



Working with a couple of visiting jazz vocalists from San Diego this month:


7/7 and 7/28, 5-8pm, I’m doing a duo with Sacha Boutros at the Waikiki Yacht Club. It’s a private club, but if you belong, belong to a reciprocal club, or know someone who does, come on by! 



7/18, with Allison Adams-Tucker at Mezz 127, 7-9:30pm, along with Bruce Hamada on bass.



Later this month, a couple gigs with jazz and hapa haole crooner, Paul Shimomoto:

7/26 , 6:30-9pm at the Plaza Club (open to the public), with Dean Taba on bass and Von Baron on drums.





7/27 at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, 7:30-8:30pm (same cats as above!)



Also playing, singing - doing that New Thought, Positive Music thang at :


Windward Unity, every Sun., 9:15-c.10:30am and 11am-c.12:15pm



Except 7/21 (in Kaua`i - see above)


That day, Rea Fox will be the soloist and Kit Ebersbach will be on keyboards...
