"Human
Wheels - Playing the Music of John Mellencamp" is looking
forward to playing a special Christmas show and would love for you to be a part
of it at our favorite local venue, Crossroads
in Garwood. It's tonight, Friday,
December 14th, so take a break from your Christmas shopping and
join us for our 80 minute set, starting at 8:00 pm. We'll be doing a special Mellencamp
Christmas song that you won't hear us do again (until possibly next year), so don't
miss it!

Saturday, it's on to a very fancy, private shindig at the Biddle Mansion at Tarrytown
Estates in Tarrytown New York! We'll be putting on our finest garments for that
one! We wish we could bring y'all to this gig, it's a beautiful 5 star Hotel and
Estate. But don't fret! We have a very exciting gig later this month, that's open
to the public............ Friday, December
28th.......we'll be opening with our 60 minute concert set for Bob
Seger tribute band, "Hollywood Nights" at the exciting PENN'S PEAK in Jim Thorpe, PA. Quite possibly
the largest stage we've played, this 1800 seat venue would feel that much warmer
with some friendly faces out there. Still time to make plans to join us. We
would really love to see you there!! Penn's Peak is a fantastic venue, check out the website!!
Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.

"Speaking of John Mellencamp, last night I hosted Human Wheels, a John Mellencamp
(tribute) band, over at BB Kings. My buddy Joel, you know, my Hancook Tires guy,
that’s his band, and let me tell you, this band is just incredible. I have
a thing about copy bands, okay? If a band looks like the original band, it usually
means they don’t sound as good, okay, as a band that looks nothing like “the
band”, but they just sound amazingly like the band….and that’s
what Human Wheels IS. Great band. It was big for them, cause it was the first time
they’d played BB Kings, which is an awesome place for a show, to be in the
audience, and of course, to be on that stage. So, we really had a good time and
yes, I stayed for the whole show – that’s how you know the band is good.
