LCW
will be performing this Saturday evening, October 12th at the lovely Star Theatre
on NW 6th Ave - just off Burnside - in downtown Portland.
This is a short-notice show
not only for you, but also for LCW. We only found out about this show last night.
Despite the short notice, we really hope that you'll be able to come out and see
us play. LCW only does a couple of live performances per year; this may be our only
show of 2012.
Our hosts, Bergerette, have a wonderful evening of entertainment planned.
Larold
Will - thereminist extraordinaire - opens the evening with his truly engaging feats
of musicianship and showmanship. If you think you know theremins, you've never seen
Larold Will.
Bergerette is a captivating a capella trio that must be both seen and heard
to be truly appreciated.
LCW will wrap up the evening with a set of improvised music,
mixing tasty ingredients from jazz, folk, surf, rock, psychedelia and whatever else
tickles our musical palate.
Doors open at 8pm. The first set begins promptly at 9.
