Family! Wow! Where do I start! Hmm ... well, Happy New Year to you and your family!
WE are already in 2013! God is Good! So much has taken place and I'm looking forward
to great things happening in this new year! Just to give you an idea of what's
going on ... The blog I started a few months ago is going strong. It's doing well.
Some of the feedback I've received has been so encouraging and motivating. With
the blog, it was something that God placed upon my heart to do. I wanted to
just be able to help someone with some of the experiences I've had and decisions
I've had to make going from a wife/mother to now a widow/mother. If you have not
had the chance to read some of my weekly blogs please visit my blog page at www.wowwfactor2012.blogspot.com. Please feel free to
comment. I'm sure you too will get something out of it either for yourself or for
someone else. I'm also working on my next cd project titled "Healed!" I'm really
looking forward to the release of that cd. We've got some great songs on there.
God has really taken me to another place in Him and I believe that this cd will
really express His Healing for me and my family. I'm looking for the release to
be in early Spring of this year. So stay tuned in for that ... Also, we have begun the planning for
the 1st Annual Emm C. Barnes Cancer Research Benefit Fund Concert.
We are planning for this to be held in late October of this year, 2013. Please keep
this event in mind as well, we'd love your participation in this. I will make sure
to keep you posted on what's happening as well as what is needed. We will definitely
be in need of many volunteers for various things throughout the planning stages
and for the event on the actual day. Lastly, we've had many request regarding as
to when we'd be accepting ministry engagements. We are currently accepting
engagements unofficially as of now. But officially officially, lol, beginning
in March. So please know that we always look forward to the opportunity
