Trip to Dover

Hi ,

Somewhere from under the seabed between France and the UK:

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Wow…Can you believe we are nearing the end of 2011? …A year can go fast!
Right now we are in our beautiful red van in a train in the middle of the Eurotunnel, as we are on the way to Holland, where we’ll spend a few days with our families to celebrate Christmas. From there we will travel on to Germany where we will exit 2011 with a cracker of a new year’s eve gig!

So many things have happened this year! One very big thing for us is that we recorded our new EP Vegas & Berlin and only this week we send out the final artwork, masters and details to the manufacturing company. This means that right at this moment Vegas & Berlin is being pressed and printed. Boy, we are excited about this!

Also, we’d like to thank you for all your votes last week! We won the 3rd place in the Scottish Highland Uproar Music Challenge! This means that we will get a lot of Scottish radio play + an interview. THANKS TO YOU!! J
We hope you’ll have an awesome Christmas with lots of people you love around you and hope to see you soon somewhere in 2012!

Much love,
Trip to Dover

"5/5 stars: "Trip to Dover's single "Where was I" changes from pop into a synth driven rock song bearing heavy influences from artists like pendulum and prodigy, it would not sound out of place on any major radio station.""  — Sean O'Hare, Mako Records
"Anyone who has seen Trip to Dover live will understand the awesome vibrancy of the band’s performance, which gives others a chance to see the official video of one of the tracks from the latest EP (Vegas & Berlin) performed live at OneRock 2012 in Germany. It really does show what you’d be missing out on if you miss a performance of the band: watch the audience rock out and be entertained by the talented members. The track itself may as well get you listening to it over and over again… "  — Jordan Thomas, Brighton Unsigned Magazine
"[Vegas & Berlin] is a truly alternative rock record from a band that is renowned for a great live performance - keep an eye on those gig listings!"  — Shaz Simone, Brighton Unsigned Magazine
