Wow are we already 1 month into the new year? Man that goes fast.

Well its the slow season which means more "home" shows in the San Jose area. We are at Smoking Pig BBQ tonight and JJs blues tomorrow and on the 16th this month. Also getting back to Henflings on the 9th (love that place). Lat minute gigs are coming in a lot so there will be more for sure I think. March is almost completely booked already. Im looking forward to a very full year.

Sneak peek ahead.  Im working hard on a very special St Pattys day show at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga on March 15. Tickets will be on sale soon. We are adding Robbie Benson on keys for that show and the band O'Craven is opening . We also have some very talented Irish dancers as part of the show. Im having the whole thing professionally taped, hoping to be able to release it as a DVD later. Yes I will be wearing my kilt LOL. We will be paying tribute to Irish rock legends Thin Lizzy, Gary Moore and Van Morrison in our special St Pattys day set performing some songs we havent done before as well as some of our regular stuff.

I am in negotiations with 3 different international contacts 1 each in Europe, South America and Souteast Asia. Hoping they come through soon. I will announce as soon as something is for sure. I other huge thing that is in the works. I cant give out the name yet (but hope to make the announcement very soon now) a major rock star has asked us to be his backing band. Could be an epic year!  But even if none of those things come through, we are still surging forward and things are constantly amazing me. I do feel very blessed and fortunate even in the midst of the struggle.

Remember to stay positive all the time. Thought energys attract like kind. Stay away from the negative and it stays away from you.

You cant always choose your circumstance but you can choose how you think about it.
