Hello friends, I hope this finds you well. I'm starting to get into the swing of things in the Virgin Islands. This week I learned how to used a machete to chop down bamboo AND open my first coconut. Yay!  I've been spending my time creating a vegetable/herb garden for the Twisted Cork, a restaurant in Frenchtown, St. Thomas. There are already rows of greens and herbs growing, and one ingredient has made it into the kitchen's daily specials already, my beloved arugala salad...

This week I have two shows at the fun little venue Latitude 18 on the East End. I love playing at this place, the view from the stage is fantastic and the staff and food are great, too.
