Grounds for Divorce
Dear GFD fans:
As we enter into the holiday season many of us will be reflecting on what we are
thankful for. For most of us it is a healthy family, a secure job, or our
freedom as Americans to do what we please.
For me, the tour manager of Grounds for Divorce, it is all of those things plus the
opportunity to work with four of the most twisted musicians in the business.
I mean, what is it with these guys? They wear costumes, slam dance,
drink to excess, melt faces off with high energy rock n’ roll and
have the hottest female fans in the industry. What is better
than that? Not much I would say.
So, if you are into that kind of thing (and I know you are), please
join us for the last show of the 2013 tour at The Chicken Bone, located
on Route 135 in Framingham, this Friday night at 9:00 p.m. This gig
promises to put a smile on your face and holiday warmth in your heart.
The warmth will probably come from a shot of Jagermeister but
who cares? As long as it gets you to the same place.
Lastly, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you, our fans, for your support
over the year. Without you the “bad boys of suburban dad rock”
would still be playing in Haig’s basement and I would not have a job. So,
really – thanks for all you do to support GFD.
Let’s party this Friday night. Be there or be square!
