Finally, thanks to the extremely generous support of friends and fans like you we have a small promotional budget to make videos for our next record, English Dream. So, next weekend the band will be shooting not one but fourteen music videos in one day!

Preparations for the shoot are moving forward with the kind of stellar efficiency you might expect from Enemies HQ. However, we may still need some help.

We are looking for the following...

Time: March 23rd, 9am-9pm

Location: Greenwich Village

A volunteer production assistant

A volunteer make-up person

A volunteer cook! Someone who can prepare and bring one or two delicious hot meals for 20 people to our Greenwich Village location. Cost of ingredients and transportation will be covered.

Access to deals on:

A professional (4000 lumens +) projector

A second projector (not as powerful)

A large rear projection screen

Professional lighting equipment

Copious quantities of fake or fresh flowers

We may also need a couple of strong roadies to help load lighting equipment on and off a van on the morning or afternoon before the shoot (Friday, March 22nd).

If you think you can help with any of this please respond to this e-mail or send a message to our line producer, Lauren Rayner: lauren.m.rayner@gmail.com

Thank you!

PRESS CLIPPINGS

"Nothing short of transportive."  Steve LaBate, Paste Magazine

"Not only one of the best albums of 2011 but one of the best of the decade." (Wild Goosechase Expedition)  Lucid Culture

"Nothing short of remarkable and after a dozen or more spins guaranteed on my year-end list of favorite albums.” (Wild Goosechase Expedition)  Jeffrey Sisk, In Tune

"Spottiswoode is a musical tightrope walker, hovering between styles without a safety net. A wordsmith with an immaculate sense of timing, this set of his songs can stand up against Randy Newman and open the ears of fans of Rufus Wainwright." (Piano 45)  Here Comes The Flood

"New York-based septet Spottiswoode & His Enemies is a swirling cocktail of indie-rock, folk, country and even big band music. The real entertainment, however, lies in the songs and their clever arrangements." (That's What I Like)  WNYC, Soundcheck with John Schaefer
