Country / Americana / Folk
Who knew when I planned my record release for October 5th that the Pittsburgh Pirates
would still be in business and the U.S. government wouldn't? Well, if
you're a government employee, I know you've got the night off. And
if you're a Pittsburgh Pirates fan, they aren't playing that night.
So why not come out to hear some great Americana music while you drink to celebrate
the steel-city's first post-Season play for two decades and to forget the impending
(and continuing) economic meltdown? If you haven't yet had the chance
to hear me with my band, the Railroaders, this is your lucky-night. We'll
be playing a collection of new and old songs--all suped-up with a hard-rocking,
alt-country feel. I'll be joined by my good friends Jack Erdie and Almost
Astronauts (Jeremy Gray and co.). Expect some good times and great songs and
more storytelling than a Ted Cruz filibuster (and better, obviously, though I do
like Dr. Seuss). As always, please spread the word to your friends and family--we're
hoping for a great turnout!
