Paul J. Constantine, Jr.
Hello . It's December and I am in Florida, getting lots of time with our daughters and their families. It's really nice that the kids are all relatively close to each other and that the grandkids spend a lot of time together. They are growing way too quickly. I'm looking forward to having them come to the mountains in the summer once they are a bit older.

Still no dates in Tampa/St. Pete or St. Augustine, but I have been working the phones and sending out press kits and hopefully something will break soon. Meanwhile, I have been performing in the central Florida area and getting to see lots of old friends from past performances and making many new ones.

Songwriter, Doug Matern, has been working with me on some new original material. Doug is a prolific songwriter and has generously allowed me to work with his songs as if they were my own. One of these, "Tried So Hard" is available for streaming on my ReverbNation website.

If you can get out to one of my live shows, be sure to say hello. My complete schedule is listed below. Also, you may want to visit my YouTube Channel for some videos from my concerts at the John C. Campbell Folk School and appearances on the square in downtown Hayesville. Just click on the icons below.

As always, I want to thank you for your love, friendship and support. Please continue to send me your song suggestions as well as ideas for new venues to explore.

"There is no doubt that Doc Holiday’s match-up of Paul J. Constantine, Jr. with Doug Matern’s song was a stroke of genius. From the clear and crisp piano introduction to the steel guitars, the robust sound of Paul’s voice comes through warm and soothing. The listener can sense the emotion the lyrics describe as Paul pours his soul into the words."  — Carolyn Bowen, Road Trips R Us
"Dr. Paul, Your voice has mellowed and gotten better over the years. I am blessed to have met you in the early 80's when you played in Tampa. Your voice has the gift for sharing a story that each of us can appreciate and understand. Here's to life and living each day with passion, compassion, integrity and purpose! Here's to you and your family! Your friend in this journey! "  — Richard Gonzmart, Columbia Restaurant Group, YouTube
"Mike and I went out to Kitland Park last night to check out the food trucks, etc. and we were so pleasantly surprised! Lots of families and children, really good food and especially enjoyed the music played by Paul Constantine!"  — Sally Mays, Facebook
