another quick Happy New Year shout out! I hope you had a chance to watch my
new music video for my single Wildflower. If you haven’t, click here to watch … and even if you have, please
watch again and share it with your friends. Those views, comments and likes
on YouTube mean the world to an artist trying to find their way in this business.
I am down for supporting other artists in the same way so if you are a musician
let me know what you are working on!
I had the great opportunity to perform a duet with Aaron Childree on his upcoming CD. The song, Love is
Contagious, releases at midnight tonight and his CD on January 28, so please watch
both our Facebook pages for updates and announcements. I also was recently
featured on a song recorded by the Crazy Carls, and will let you know details when that
I have been given the amazing opportunity to open a show for
“internet sensation” and former American Idol contestant Shaun Canon at his Live for Music tour show in Lake Mary, FL on January
15 so please come support if you are in Central Florida.
a quick update on the personal side, I have returned to classes on the Florida Atlantic
University campus after doing on-line classes last semester and I am so happy to
be back in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida! I have decided to major in Creative
Writing with a minor in Commercial Music since these are things that will help support
Plan A (music career) as well as Plan B (I don’t want to talk about Plan B,
focusing on Plan A, lol). Look for me performing some more shows in South
Florida and wherever opportunity and luck will take me!
is starting out to be a great year for me musicially, so if you want to follow my
journey, be sure to check out my website, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to keep up and stay connected!
another example of the local talent waiting to be discovered at Miami's one-and-only
blues bar, Railroad Blues. She’s Orlando’s own Carly Jo Jackson and
she made her second appearance on Wed., Sept. 3, continuing to extend the spellbinding
experience from her show the week prior. Railroad Blues was obviously delighted
to have her back."

|"Who is Carly Jo
Jackson, and what is it that she represents? ... a wildflower, independent and strong."
— AZ1 Promo, AZ1 Promotions|
|"It was just Jackson
and her guitar onstage at the Funky Buddha Lounge last night, as she crooned away
to her original songs, as well as some covers like Rihanna's "Please Don't Stop
the Music," the Lumineers' "Ho Hey," and "Crazy" by Cee Lo Green. However, it was
her song "Make Your Move" that got the audience clapping and jamming out."
