Remergence have been writing music since 1997 and to date have written several albums, the style of music ranges from ambient through to dance, a lot of inspiration for the music comes from those around and things that happen from day to day.
In 1997 they started writing music mainly for themselves and for friends that wanted something a little different and personal for them, as time went by many people said "hey, why don't you publish your music it's cool", which at first they laughed off. But later on they decided to release bits on the Internet.
These were received quite well and after several months the Remergence mailbox would be full of e-mails asking when an album would be released, so they set forth to release their first album.
Remergences first album Nocturnal Entities was released in 1999 closely followed in 2001 by Escape to Paradise, at the end of 2001 their third album Futurism was released, then a two year gap before the release of the fourth album Wide Open Space and then in 2005 the album Standing in the Shadows regarded as their best work yet was released.
And at the start of 2006 their first soundtrack was released titled Barrier followed this year by the release of the remix album simply titled The Remixes.
