SELF-INFLICTED CRUCIFIXION

It burns from within, it’s hidden in these eyes
I claw at this skin and try to rip out whats inside
This flesh cannot be mine, I feel I’m not alone
Will I go insane in time and rip the skin right from these bones
I’m burning - I am trapped within my mind
I’m dying - I close my eyes and i’m confined
I’m rotting - this endless torture won’t subside
I’m bleeding - inflicting wounds of suicide
I crucify myself for sins I’ve not yet done
I will always suffer, I have no where to run… from myself
A lifetime of such agony it’s always been this way
