weightless

I am now and forever lost at sea

A ship in the night, I'm lost, drowning

heading for the bottom of the lake

There's water inside my gasping lungs

The night air freezing cold

I went too far out this time, I cannot see the beach when I see my life flash by

Push and pull, the undertow drags me down

I'm treading water to live, staying afloat till I give up my grip
