“Local Music Group BUNKS Help Feed Children in Hillsboro Community Manchester, TN – Coffee County native Hip Hop duo BUNKS have announced plans to donate 100% of sales from their single “Coffee Flavored Memories” to the Hillsboro Community Backpack Program. The backpack program sends nutritious supplemental weekend meals to approximately 50 students of Hillsboro Elementary School, where Joshua Smotherman and Joshua Grosch of the BUNKS met in 1992. It became a concern when faculty and staff noticed children were arriving to school on Monday mornings hungry, irritable, and unable to focus. Many churches in the Manchester area are supporting this program which is headed by Jan Henley (henleyjan@hotmail.com).
