Brush Wood was formed in Toronto in the spring of 2006. Jim Richardson(lead vocals/guitars), Alexei Akimov(lead guitars), Jose Luis Cuellar(drums) and George Crecoukias(bass guitar) noticed the potential of the band being a class "A" rock act.
Debuting one full length CD project on June 21, 2008. And a killer live show nailed down. The band is currently back into the studio for the follow up. Brush Wood is about peace and spiritual freedom. It is about artistic freedom. It is a band catering to all ages and tastes. The goal of the band is to communicate our message.
