Bio
I am currently involved in three music projects - SEVENTH SAINT with G. Stephan and OUR 13TH DAY with P.Koz as well as solo works and dance project t-ZERO.
I have a Diploma of Audio Engineering from SAE in Brisbane (1985), a Diploma of Music Technology from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (1990), and a Bachelor of Music (Sonology) from Griffith University QLD (1995). I currently teach Music Technology at Newcastle TAFE.
About
Seventh Saint was formed in the early 1980's, the brain child of lyricist Greg Stephan and musicians Bruce and Jenny Schneider. The music was based around issues of social concern and the politics of the time. Stylistically the music could be originally classified as new wave, dark wave or electro-pop. All tracks hae been rerecorded in the past decade and would now be classified as power pop. The track listed here has a blues flavour to it and comments of the destructive issues of war.
Our 13th Day is a current collaboration with Peter Kozaczynski. The genre is dark wave or emi-tronic with programming, guitars and vocals by Bruce and lyrics and some vocals by Peter.
t-ZERO is a personal project consisting of dance, electro-pop, and ambient techno tracks.
