Brian Rath is a singer-songwriter from Rochester, NY. He began performing in bars and folk clubs around Boston in the early 2000's while studying English Literature at Northeastern University.

He was honored in 2005 by New York City's Underground Music Organization. His song, "21 Old" was selected for inclusion on "The 14 Best Singer / Songwriters of Greenwich Village - 2005" CD produced by UMO Music. The performance was selected from over one thousand performances recorded live at the Baggot Inn in Greenwich Village throughout the past year.
