Brandi's Green Initiative for the Fall Tour
Brandi will donate $.50 from every ticket sold on the fall tour to the environmental non-profit organization Reverb. With this donation, Reverb will help Brandi plan an environmentally sustainable tour and will offset the estimated global warming CO2 emissions from the tour with NativeEnergy by helping build new Native American and family farmer owned renewable energy projects. The emissions offset will include venue electricity use, band vehicle travel, and fan travel to and from the shows. The CO2 reductions from this donation will be equivalent to keeping the average car from driving over 3,000,000 miles! By offsetting the CO2 pollution that touring activities such as transporting gear, powering stages and fan travel generate, Brandi is taking a proactive role in fighting global warming and helping Native Americans and family farmers begin to restore sustainable homeland economies in balance with the Earth. Brandi to Headline "VH1 You Oughta Know Tour!"
Brandi is headlining this falls' "VH1 You Oughta Know Tour" beginning September 6 in Eugene, OR and wrapping up in Seattle on November 2nd. A Fine Frenzy will be the lone support act on the shows.
