This will be the first house show at "The Station", Crawdad Creek's cool, newly remodeled indoor stage. We are excited to have back from Nashville Jerry Castle and his band back to east TN. The new stage is in a 115 yr old farm house that's currently being gutted and built back as a music venue complete with stage. Jerry Castle will be playing live this same day at noon on WDVX's Blue Plate Special http://www.wdvx.com/live-shows-schedule/the-blue-plate-special/ Seating will be limited to the first 75 who RSVP via Facebook by clicking on "Going" to to this event. Once the initial 75 "Going" limit is reached please verify additional seating via email to BillyHubbardMusic@gmail.com or you may text, or call Billy at 865-250-8272. Doors open at 7:00 pm, with the music running from 8:00 pm-10:00 pm. Suggested minimum donation is $10-$15 per person. Please bring your own beverage of choice. “A Refreshingly Unaffected Troubadour. Melt into Billy Hubbard's sweet imperfection. Ah, Billy. Thank you for reminding us that you don’t need to make a song slick and pretty to do the work it’s suppose to do. In fact, when it comes to your voice, gentle cowboy, the more scratchy and scraggly, the more appealing. I seek that quiet conversation with Billy, who’s gonna’ tell us all about what it feels like to hold hands on a midnight train and look into your gorgeously imperfect lover’s eyes as the beautiful ruin of time and loss settles around us. Though you sing to us of suffering, Billy, we feel it’s all gonna’ be okay. Because as the world crumbles and falls, we take comfort in your rough-hewn inflections and gravely poetry and believe that you will keep singing us the lullaby we need to get though this day. rock us in your cradle of raw emotion some more and let us finally welcome the tears that roll in...finally, we've remembered how to smile and cry, and stop trying ”
