My first love is music closely followed by broadcasting and performing (Acting/Singing)...

I love to travel as I believe if you work hard, you should treat yourself, and you can't beat a few weeks in some nice HOT SUN...

I've travelled to New York several times. I've also travelled to Canada quite alot. I've heard alot of people say to me that they've heard Canada is too cold...Let me explain.. Yes Canada has a bad winter which last's for about 4 months...

HOWEVER, they also have a really, really HOT SUMMER which can last upto 8 Months, so u see either way it's still better than the weather we get in the UK...

I've travelled to a few different places in Europe like, Lanzarote, Greece, Fuetueventura, Barcelona & Monte Carlo. Of course my 2 FAV cities has gots to be Barcelona and Monte Carlo, of course for the fashion and they truly are romantic cities....I've been to Tunisia as well...

BUT the ultimate country for me with the GREAT FOOD WEATHER, BEACHES & THE BEST ENTERTAINMENT has got to be where my Mums from JAMAICA, JAMAICA....Can't wait to go back as long as those Mosquitos stay AWAY.

L Dee and I, go way back to our days as Dj's and pirate broadcasters, in the late 1980's and early 90's,

we both worked on one of the UK's first 100% reggae music station (Frontline Radio)...

Waking up to do the breakfast show, there's no better way to start your day...

When I'm not fooling around in the morning, I wear my sensible hat as Producer of radio magazine show,

CARIBBEAN CONNEXION on (allfm)96.9, Saturday afternoons, 1.00pm – 3.00pm (GMT),

Listen online: http://icecast.commedia.org.uk:8000/allfm.mp3.m3u.

Working with L Dee on the Bigga Breakfast and the CCS team gives me a real buzz, It's always good to be around creative and talented people, I keep hoping with bit of luck some of it might rub off on me.

By day, I am a freelance Lecture/Radio Trainer, Liaising with community groups and their volunteers. I also present a breakfast show Thurs & Fri mornings on Wythenshawe FM, 97.2

Wfm website: http://www.wfmradio.org/training.html

I have worked with and for organisations like Radio Regen, Mancat, Greater Manchester Music Action Zone and Manchester Youth Arts Network to name a few.

“I believe, that the quality of our life is the quality of our communication"

That’s why throughout my working life as a Disc Jockey, Voluntary worker, Personal Trainer or a Broadcaster, I've been in a position that has required me to be flexible when dealing with others, by being open to input and willing to consider potential alternatives, or even be wrong and willing to change or start over”.

This enables me, to take action that has meaning, purpose, and direction specific to the need.
