Born to Thomas Fillmore, JR and Carole L.Russi 11-30-1972 in Pittsburgh,PA. We moved to Florida in the late 1970's. My parents divorced in 1981. It wasn't until the mid 1980's where my step father Joe B. Dempsey was a huge influence on me in country music. At the time there was an old radio station 620 Sun Country on the AM dial.
