“What can I say about Beryl Grady's debut CD release, 'The Hangover Sessions'? This album kicks. It is a non-stop onslaught of aural pleasure. It's amazing that in the short time this bunch has been together they've learned to gel so well. Stevie MuRee's lead vocals will all at once draw you in with her light, melodic melodies and then rip you up and spit you out with raspy, hard hitting vocal attacks. She is the essence of Beryl Grady's versatility. Then we have The Nitram. With crunching riffs and slow, sexy leads this man holds the passport for all things Beryl on your trip through the album. What surprises me so much about his playing is that he takes you back to a sweeter time when guitar rock was a viable art form, while still keeping up with the alternative feel of today. When listening to this album there's a certain feeling. A driving, penetrating force. Like something keeping time for your heart. Pumping the blood through your very veins. These are the bass stylings of Mike Ho”
