Barefaced Cynics were formed in the autumn of 2009 after the three members drunkenly discussed creating some folk punk acoustic anthems (time to stick it to the man). From a secret location in Hampshire they started working on original material inspired by the likes of Billy Bragg, Joe Strummer, Sundowner, Chuck Ragan, and Dispatch.
