Two of San Francisco's more prodigious offerings of vintage soul revival play Jack London Square. The Slippery Slope, with a blend of brass funk, bossa sway and swinging jazz. Baby & Luvies keep the flame for those frequenting Rooky Ricardos and snatching up the CD collection of R&B deep cuts and looking for the live equivalent. Headlining is Thee Swank Bastards , who have been barrelling throught the whole USA with surf instrumentals and Szandora Lavey holding court in the burlesque world by way of hula hoop.
