Babak has been writing and playing folk, blues, power pop, and rock in the Rochester area for five years. He as played with different bands, including Em Dash, Mugwump Soul and 11n2 at Boulder Coffee House, Monty's Krown, Lovin' Cup, Harmony House, and RIT's Festival of Innovation and Creativity in 2008 and 09. Before moving to Rochester in the 1990s, he also played coffee houses like Drowsie Maggie's in San Deigo, CA where he grew up.
