Aural Wave sprouted as a relationship grew and solidified. Marc Conrad and Michelle, newlyweds as of October 2007, are a husband and wife duo. Marc maintains the role of composer and Michelle primarily as a lyricist where together they find the melodies of their team creations.

MARC CONRAD

Marc Conrad, born in the Philippines, living nearly all his life in Australia, now resides in Southern California with his wife, Michelle (aka Chell). Marc began playing piano at the age of eleven and fully grasping the musical spark, started composing his own songs at sixteen in his suburb hometown of Australia. Marc, astute with a musical ear and self-teaching methods, proficiently plays piano, guitar, and drums. Marc performed in Sydney while a music coordinator and attended the JMC academy.  He's becoming more adversed in the areas of arranging.

CHELL

Chell, more apt at writing than instruments, lends herself as a lyricist. Her passion for theatre and voice over work has allowed her to sing in local musicals. She loves music and anything to do with performing; creating an emotional story. However, shyness is a hindrance to her love and is currently finding a way to overcome her insecurities.  She's gaining knowledge in the creation and recording process, and loves to choose the instruments and sounds for the arrangements.

CHANCE ENCOUNTER

As the story goes: Marc found Michelle's website involving a radio play. Marc emailed Michelle regarding possible music compositions to enhance her radio play. That never picked up, but what did was far more beautiful. Speed your way till the present and they are now the duo, Aural Wave, and most importantly, a duo for LIFE.

CURRENTLY

Together, Marc and Chell aim to create music blending their talents, experiences, and ideas, working on titles such as "For Me", "The Real Me", "My Confession" and "Don't Fade", this couple hopes to put out music that is unique, heart-warming and very accessible.
