Atomics / Press

“Amazing jazz band with awesome stage presence! I had the pleasure of seeing this band live at Le Piano Rouge in Montréal and I must say they are very good! Not only the singer, but the band as well had a stage presence that is so often hard to find and the music mixed so well the classic sound of the old swing bands with modern jazz. At very least I recommend downloading this album if not getting out see them in person! ”

“Atomics are the Boom!! Bravo”

“Live lounge music from the Atomics, an electro acid-jazz band, won over the launch crowd with their upbeat tempo and the silky-smooth vocals of Monna Mossé. Her modern take on ’20s dressing was similar to others in attendance, where black and white mingled with long satin gloves and vintage bling.”

“ATOMICS: One of Montréal's FRESHEST new live music ensembles... ”

“Beautiful music, a real discovery for us...!”

“I have to thank a great friend who made me discover love at first sight, or rather I say Love at first listen...Atomics is a band of talented musicians from Montreal Canada, who brought in his suitcase my friend Joel Potts. And I say that is pure love when you hear the beats of the first song and takes all your attention to hear it again and again.. And so is the whole album, rare these days, and now I am a fan declared and if they do not come to UK I'll be planning to visit the Potts family at Canada to go to one of their shows. Its a pleasure for me to present this wonderful band of Acid Jazz-Lounge Music... I invite you to fall in love with the sexy beats, gorgeous solos and charming voice from Atomics The New Generation of Electro Acid Jazz Lounge in Montreal... Check it out on iTunes http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/atomics/id370629878 ”

“ATOMICS... Simply Great! This is an album I recommend to everyone who likes chill house music. It combines great musicians and technology creating great electro jazz with some beachy house. If you like Hed Kandi Beach House compiliations, this should be a must on your library. Enjoy everyone!”

“And the last treat of my week: Atomics from Montreal. They say they're part of the new genera- tion of Electro / Acid Jazz / Lounge music. They played a great set of tight booty shaking music that had Nadine Thornhill and reviewer / director Wayne Current shaking their thangs.”
